Aerobatic Flight Cancellation

Dear all,

As you maybe aware we lost our aerobatic aircraft in 2020 due to a repair that was uneconomical.

We have since been using third party aircraft to fulfil the current vouchers, however this have proved to be unviable due to supply issues and several technical faults. We have now been told today by the third party company the aircraft has yet another issue, rendering it unusable for an extended period of time.

We pride ourselves on customer service and feel the current arrangement, falls short of the service levels we wish to provide and has led to several cancellations. For this reason we have made the decision to no longer  offer aerobatic flights from this location. It is with regret that all future aerobatics days have now been cancelled.

For customers who have purchased vouchers from third parties such as Virgin, Into the Blue and the like, please contact them directly as they will put you in contact with other suppliers who can fulfil them or offer you another alternative.

For customers who purchased vouchers directly from Almat Flying Academy, we are happy to offer these customers a full refund or to exchange their vouchers for other non aerobatic experiences we offer.

I offer you our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused, but feel this was necessary in order we can provide a level of service that is of a high standard.
