Customer Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Once booking has been made we reserve the aircraft, instructor, and operational crew members required to operate the flight, incurring a cost liability as it is typically very difficult to transfer a booking slot at short notice.

Therefore for cancellations made more than 48 hours before the flight departure time, we will allow a reschedule for another date. If this is for a voucher, this must be within their voucher’s validity period provided.

If you cancel within 48 hours of the departure time or do not arrive for your flight 30 minutes before departure, your flight will be cancelled and no refund issued or reschedule offered. If the flight relates to a voucher, the voucher shall no longer be valid.
