Refund Policy

Trial lesson and experience flights are not refundable with the exception of a no quibble refund within 14 days of purchase. Beyond that vouchers can be transferred to someone else to fly at no additional cost.

If you have been unable to fly due to weather. In this case vouchers may be extended up to a maximum of 6 months according to the circumstacnes.

When a refund is processed the funds will be returned to the card used to make the payment, which can take a few days to appear.
