We have opened up a new location at Sywell Aerodrome in Northamptonshire. Providing PPL & LAPL flight instruction including trial lessons, grass strip training and additional ratings as well as experience flights. Office hours are Wednesday to Sunday 08:30 to 17:00. To start with we are operating Cessna 150 G-BSZV and Cessna 172R G-BXSD. Flight Instructor Tom Berkley has moved to this new base from Coventry. The Return of G-BUJN
G-BUJN required long-term repairs undertaken since summer 2020 but we are pleased to announce its return to the fleet at Coventry. It now has a new engine, a new interior in 1980’s red and a new paint scheme on the outside.
fast track Success
Several of our fast track students have passed their skills test to gain their pilot’s license recently. Congratulations go out to Russ Hill, Dave Stewart, Billi Staite and Nialls Whyley.
New Instructors
With our recent expansion and addition of aircraft to the fleet we have taken on new instructors Ben Gale and James Cadman who fly with us on regular days out of Coventry. We have also added George Hunter to our list of instructors that can provide additional cover to support the core team at Coventry and Sywell.

Our last aspiring pilot´s day of the year takes place tomorrow. Applications for this years scholarship are now closed and the live draw will take place at the end of august to determine the winner.
Fantasy Wings
A huge thankyou goes out to Fantasy Wings for providing us with another full scholarship student (welcome Mohammad). In addition to this we will be running a full day of trial flights for those that won them on 23rd August.
