Flight Instruction Age Restrictions

It is possible to start flying and working toward getting a licence from the age of fourteen, although you can not get a licence issued until 17. Starting early means you have a chance to get your licence as soon as you are legally able to apply. Very handy for people wanting a career in commercial flight or the Air Force. There is no upper age limit, but medical fitness is the determining factor.
